RETURN POLICY
As an innovative animal health company with 56 years of history, Loomix® is committed to producing high-quality products while providing first-class customer service. Understanding the animal’s nutritional requirements and the benefits of essential nutrients, Loomix® continues to develop, manufacture and distribute premium animal health products. Our commitment to this standard is evident in our recent certification (April 2009) in the Safe Feed/Safe Food® program through the American Feed Industry Association.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. The following guidelines must be met to be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Integrity Hoof & Joint, Cellarator Turbo and Cellarator Turbo Commercial are not returnable due to safety and health standards set by the American Feed Industry Association.
- All liquid products (Necessity, Necessity with Glucosamine and Necessity with Glucosamine & MSM) are returnable if they are in their original sealed box and are received by Loomix® within 21 days of the original ship date.
- All refill products (Trilogy, Cellarator Meal, Cellarator Pellet and Cellarator Flex Meal) are returnable if they are in their original sealed box and are received by Loomix® within 21 days of the original ship date.
- All other products (Cellarator Meal, Cellarator X, Cellarator Pellet and Cellarator Flex Meal) are returnable if the pull seal on the product is not broken or torn off, if packaging is not tampered with and if the product(s) is received by Loomix® within 21 days of the original ship date.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive product that arrives damaged. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee which is applied to the cost of the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returned items that don’t meet return criteria stated above will result in no credit to the customer.
All returns require an RMA # prior to return. We will gladly issue an RMA # for your return by emailing us at returns@loomix.com or by calling our toll free number 877.788.4448. Please have the following information prepared when emailing or speaking to a customer service representative: Name, Order/Invoice #, Product #, reason for return, and if you would prefer to exchange the product or receive a refund minus the restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for any costs of returning items. For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service with insured service and tracking information. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.
On-Demand customers must notify customer service of cancellation of shipment no later than 12:00 p.m. MST on the day the order is to ship. A 20% restocking fee will apply for any On-Demand orders cancelled after this time.

If a credit card was used for original purchase, the return amount will be refunded to the credit card used. All other methods of payment will result in a store credit for future use. Please allow a minimum of 10-14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Adjustments to credit cards will be seen within two (2) credit card billing periods.
